hello friends it's me vishu  and i am going to share my views about communities and groupism .Any one in this world is not perfect every body knows this fact but no one wants to fix it .There are many mistakes you have done in life but one who tell you your mistake is your good friend.If you are in a group then you can do what you want and it is really very safer because all the things you are doing is judged by your friends and the  group members also support you in all your work and guide you to do all the things right.A group can be of many types but here i am talking about personal group in which all the members are emotionally attached to each other .Here a word is used named as emotion seems to be very ordinary word but the meaning is very complicated and directly related to every ones heart.so if you are in group then for god sake keep it very strongly bond because a group or community in your life is very necessary .so please do not break it.

conscious and subconscious mind of a human

Let us look at how our conscious and subconscious mind work together to allow us to grow, develop and create our life.

Our conscious mind is our "awareness" it is our communication centre. It thinks, reasons, calculates, plans, directs all actions of the body, determines results and makes decisions. It is creative, it registers pain, fear, happiness and it sets goals (both long-term and very short-term goals). In order for the conscious mind to be able to do all of these things, it must have a place to pull information from - a storage area.

The subconscious mind is our data storage bank. When our conscious mind asks, our subconscious mind gives.

you consciously step in and start to work with the
subconscious mind, otherwise, you will continue

The subconscious mind takes in everything we learn and experience in our lifetime. It begins at birth (some say before birth), soaking up information like a sponge, accumulating data as we grow and experience life. It also begins forming beliefs based on what we learn and what we experience, which determines how we react to everything in our life.

These beliefs gain both strength and momentum the older we become. The subconscious mind does not make choices; it accepts everything, good and bad, positive and negative.

The conscious mind, however, does make choices, almost every minute of our lives. Since everything has its equal and opposite such as day has night, love has hate, prosperity has poverty and on and on, our lives are a matter of choice, our conscious choice.

All these conscious choices are made with the information we have amassed in our subconscious mind over our lifetime. The simple conclusion is that if we are dissatisfied with anything in our lives, we must do something that will work at adding, altering, or changing those beliefs in our subconscious mind....for the quality of your life is directly related to the quality.

hi friends would you guys like to be more famous and superior every one wants to be but the way of being the best for everyone is different .so like i said earlier i will do many things which i have think to do........

so the special ideas are really very inspiring and i do a lot of things from these ideas .like a little baby i also want to touch the moon and feel it .It is really very very adventures and being a youth similar to all the youths i T like adventures............rest is well

hi friends this is me again vishu.........and i am going to tell you about a person whom i really like and the way he manages the problems and situation i am fond of it.he just live the life in a perfect manner ..If anyone in our lobby is suffering from any problem he always use to suggest him very appropriate ideas...I am talking about MR.VIPUL SHRIWASTAV.A man of his own well known attitude and behavior and thats why we gave a nick name MANTRIJI.yeah its true in any type of critcal condition he acts as a minister and suggest everyone the simplest way.Basically he is from varanasi but now a days he is living in ghaziabad  persuing b.tech .and a fact is this he is very good in studies .he is fond of playing badminton and he plays it very well.when i am in a problem i always go to him and discuss my problem and he solve all of them in a very ease manner.he is very calm and cool in nature .his personality is really very decent and attracts other and his jokes ,sense of humor,distinct nature every thing make me to be fan of him .........Not only me everyone of my friends also like him very much .And in the critical times he helps us in every manner physically,mentally,economically etc...Thats enough for him now i will discuss more funny incidents about him later.

Yeah i am talking about real fun .Its great to do fun with your friends and your teacher .You really get enjoyed by cracking jokes in the middle of the class and when the laughter begins there is a horrible situation for the teacher.He do not wants to ignore it but he has to ignore and when he avoids the situation the next joke is cracked by the student and he has all the things again what he has done earlier .and we get the maximum fun in the class in every day of our life .thats call the fun at the peak....then i have to say a famous comment ALL IS WELL.........

Hi friends i want to share some real work experience from you.I am a very lazy person do not want to do anything.But the works when they are pending you should have to do at anyhow.I am person who do works at the deadline time thats why it becomes very tough to manage all the things .You know when you are going to a tough time many of your friends do not support you because they think that why they increase their problems.it is really very easy to critisize anyone but the fact is this first you have think about him to critsize  .And that is the best way of thinking of anyone.So i am talking about my laziness only because of this i have to face a lot of problems but the good thing this that these problem teaches me how to handle the situation ,time management and many more thing because if u do any work at the last moment the efficiency of yours increases rapidly and when everyone ignores you suddenly you got the power to do thing at the best manner .The weakest point of is my casual attitude and lazy behavior but one this my strongest  point in my life and i will prove it at any cost .Thats for sure......................

hello friends today is a very tiring day because in boring classes the mind get spoiled n after that u can not do anything...........okay leave it i tell  a very funny story that 
i very close friend of mine is sleeping in class and i have done a silly mistake and our teacher thought that it was him .He ordered him to leave the class and the whole class was laughing at him and he don't know why these guys are laughing.It was really a very funny incident indeed.......

Today is the best day of life .So enjoy your best day and make it count for every second you spend of this day.... life is race every one thinks but i am little  bit different from others because i think race is organize just for fun and i am not interested in wasting my energy for fun .So i prefer to do a lot of  other things except race ..........because races are waste of valuable energy.
